Only regret that the washing machines/room was cleaner and chairs were available. It was Awesome at Charleston Harbor Resort marina. And most everything you may need for boat or crew is available within a short Lyft or Uber ride in Mount Pleasant. It was very rough and I have an eight-year-old and an 11-year-old and they were too scared to stay on the boat. The Daniel Island News I asked for a detailed breakdown of the charges but never received an answer. They only had one working plug along about 20' of dock. I did not realize how big the marina is and our slip assessment was way too far away for me to get to shore or the amenities. We definitely had some issues. Keep in mind too that the outside A dock is very rough and routinely gets waves/wakes crashing over it. Super nice folks and good marina. My only complaint would be the "resort pass". The staff that rent the boats are a disgrace- hoses left across the docks, garbage was strewn by their shed while three of them sat in chairs- no pride in what they do. There fuel is way over priced from other marinas over $.80 higher priced. One of my best marinas so far. Dock crew very friendly. Also less waking from passing boats. I've only tied off to a mooring ball on one occasion and used one of the cleats to one side of the bow to run the line up to the boat and tie off. Docks were clean, great help in docking, very calm water. We booked the slip for 3 nights and upon arrival we hailed in to retrieve our slip number, the slip was provided and appropriate for our vessel, but the following day our slip was in use once we returned back to the marina from dinner. Outside the Ashley Marina and City Marina there are a bunch of boats on mooring balls. This mismanagement, the required use of Dockwa, and a sign on the stairs to the office stating "No admittance" tells me that marina management is inadequate or non existent. Have a great day.

We told one dockhand to tie down the bow cleat, so we could bring in stern. Easy to reserve.
