ANNOUNCEMENT: Proposed Amendment to AVMA By-law 5 Oct 12 2012

The AVMA Constitution and By-laws requires a written notice be sent to the membership prior to the voting at the AGM. There will be a vote on the proposed revised By-law 5 (attached below) at the AGM in St. John’s.
