The Environmental Concerns in Rights-of-Way Management - Eleventh International Symposium will be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia from September 20-23, 2015.

The Meeting was called to order by President Rob Thomson at 10:30. Joe Calder, Past President agreed to act as Secretary and take minutes in absence of Jeremy How (regrets).
Rob reviewed the circulated Agenda. There were no additions.
The minutes of the 2012 Annual Meeting in St. John”s were circulated and read. Moved by Rick D./Gilles minutes be approved. MC.
The 2013 Annual General Meeting of AVMA will be held October 23 to 25 at the Best Western Glengarry in Truro, Nova Scotia. A block of rooms has been set aside for AVMA at $115 per night. It includes your breakfast.
